A major road accident took place in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir. An Indian Army vehicle carrying soldiers lost control and fell into a deep gorge. In this tragic accident, 10 soldiers lost their lives, while 9 others were badly injured.
According to reports, the vehicle was carrying 17 soldiers and was moving on the National Highway. When the vehicle reached a hilly and narrow road in Doda district, the driver suddenly lost control. The vehicle rolled down nearly 200 feet into a gorge.
After the accident, local people and the administration rushed to the spot and started rescue work. The accident was very severe, and 10 soldiers died on the spot. The injured soldiers were taken to nearby hospitals for treatment.
