The Chief Minister’s grievance hearing programme has achieved a remarkable milestone, with a 95 percent success rate in resolving public complaints. The initiative has emerged as a strong platform for citizens to directly raise their concerns and get timely solutions.
Over 13,000 Complaints Received
According to official data, a total of 13,358 complaints were submitted in person at the grievance cell. These complaints covered a wide range of public issues raised directly before the administration.
12,748 Complaints Already Resolved
Out of the total complaints received, 12,748 cases have been successfully resolved, reflecting the effectiveness of the grievance redressal mechanism and the government’s commitment to public service.
The Chief Minister’s grievance hearing system allows people to present their problems directly to the authorities, reducing delays and improving transparency. This approach has strengthened accountability within the administration and ensured faster action on public issues.
The initiative has received positive feedback from the public, with many welcoming it as a meaningful step toward responsive governance. There is also optimism that the remaining complaints will be resolved soon.
