Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Transport Department has introduced a PUCC Green Sticker system to help identify vehicles with a valid Pollution Under Control Certificate (PUCC). The initiative aims to strengthen pollution control measures and support the enforcement of the “No PUCC, No Fuel” rule across the state.
The green sticker facility will be available from January 10, 2026, at all Regional Transport Offices (RTOs) and authorised pollution testing centres in Odisha.
What Is the PUCC Green Sticker?
The PUCC Green Sticker is a tamper-proof, self-adhesive sticker that visually confirms a vehicle has a valid PUCC. It helps traffic police and fuel station staff quickly verify PUCC validity without checking physical documents. Each sticker comes with a unique serial number linked to the vehicle’s PUCC database, reducing the chances of fake or duplicate certificates.
