Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida announces direct transfer of Rs 5,000 to 1 crore women.

Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida made a major announcement at a program in Kakatpur. She said the fourth installment of Subhadra Yojana will be released on the upcoming International Women’s Day.
Under this installment, around 1 crore women will receive money directly in their bank accounts. Each beneficiary will get Rs 5,000.
In total, about Rs 5,000 crore will be transferred at one time. The amount will be sent through direct bank transfer.
The government said this step will strengthen the financial condition of women. It said that when rural women receive money in their hands, it will boost the village economy.As the money will go directly to bank accounts, beneficiaries can access it easily.
