Odisha Soldier Jitu Behera Dies While on Duty in Jammu and Kashmir.

The untimely death of brave soldier Jitu Behera from Anandapalli village in Nayagarh district, Odisha, who was serving in Jammu and Kashmir, has shocked the entire state and his local village.

Jitu Behera devoted his life to the safety of the nation. Losing an Odia soldier is a huge loss for Odisha and for India. His service in the Indian Army and his strong love for the country will always inspire young people.

Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi expressed deep condolences to the grieving family and prayed to Lord Jagannath for peace of the departed soul.
